中小企国际联盟2024年仍以「大湾区内同步走、一带一路向前行、从东盟去到欧盟」为宗旨，继续安排活动辅助大家的成长。我们相信只有通过合作，中小企才能壮大。我们可以携手协力，令自己甚至全球更加繁荣和可持续地发展。因此，中小企国际联盟2023年先后与江门市丶罗湖区及肇庆端州和澳门签了合作协议，开展具体实质项目。之前亦与国际争议解决及风险管理协会签了合作协议，以便培训中小企有关国际调解与讼裁的事宜。我们还参加了 ESG 可持续联盟， iRecycle (碧瑶绿色集团1397.HK旗下公司)爱回收奖励计划，和 SDG 世界纪录促进行动，积极地参与推动环保的活动。并且，由于觉得元宇宙、NFT等新生事物有助中小企构建新天地发展，我们也是持非常开放的态度来推广。最后，我们亦会继续将中小企创新大奖推进到大湾区内不同城市，然后到东盟内不同国家。我们大湾区内坚实的网络包括深圳 - 福田、罗湖、龙华、龙岗; 广州、佛山、东莞、江门市、肇庆及澳门。我们还认为香港年轻人可以发展的空间只局限在金融科技(FinTech)和建筑科技(PropTech)是比较狭窄的。若果能将产业扩展到制造推广科技(ManuMarTech)方面，再配合大湾区的策略，前途就不可限量了。因此我们将格言加上「国内制造、香港商标」，令其更加充实。我们也与亚洲一些国家建立了策略合作伙伴关系，包括日本、泰国、越南、新加坡、印尼等。
SME Global Alliance in 2024 will continue to use "Marching together in the Greater Bay Area, then Moving On to the Belt & Road, from ASEAN to European Union" as a motto to organize activities for SMEs to grow. We believe that through cooperation, SMEs can become stronger. We can collaborate to make ourselves and even the world to become more prosperous and sustainable. Hence, SME Global Alliance in 2023 progressively signed cooperation agreements and launched specific substantial projects with JiangMen city, LuoWu district, ZhaoQing DuanZhou & Macau. Earlier, we also signed a cooperative agreement with the International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Institute in order to train up SMEs on International Mediation & Arbitration Matters. We have also joined the ESG Sustainable Alliance, iRecycle (subsidiary of Baguio Green Group 1397.HK) Recycling Award program, and the SDG World Records campaign, proactively participating & promoting Environmental Protection activities. Moreover, as innovations such as Metaverse, NFT, and so on are helpful for SMEs to build new ecosystem for their growth & development, we are openly endorsing them. Finally, we shall continue to evolve the SME Innovation Award into various cities of the Greater Bay Area and later the ASEAN countries. Our solid network in GBA includes ShenZhen - Futian, LuoWu, LongHua & LongGang, GuangZhou, FoShan, DongGuan, JiangMen, ZhaoQing, and Macau. We also realized that it is too narrow for the HK youths to develop their career in only FinTech and PropTech. If we could extend the industry development to ManuMarTech, i.e., Tech for Manufacturing & Marketing, and to cope with the GBA strategies, there will be a brighter future. Hence, we have added "Make in mainland, Mark in HK" into our motto. 大湾区内同步走、一带一路向前行、从东盟去到欧盟! 近年政府积极推动智慧城市发展，全民开始对创新及科技更为关注。对于中小企业而言，推行创新已经是刻不容缓的事情。2017年初，中小企国际联盟与深圳市福田区政府不谋而合，一起筹办「港深中小企创新大奖赛」，突破两地的文化差异，表扬两地比较成熟的中小企创新成果，大获好评，发掘了一个港产的世界级平台。亦得到新世界发展集团等商业机构的赞助，突显活动的价值。还非常荣幸地请到深圳市统战部副部长蔡立女士、香港立法会田北辰议员等作为颁奖嘉宾。支援单位包括深圳市总商会、紫荆厚德商学院、深圳市大数据产业协会等。香港贸易发展局和北京商务部中国商务新闻网主力宣传。 在2018年，中小企国际联盟与深圳市福田区政府继续一同主办「港深中小企创新大奖赛2018」。仍以「港深携手、创建将来、大湾区内同步走、一带一路向前行」作为宗旨和目标。并且得到香港生产力促进局作为执行机构，中原地产、大新银行等商业机构的赞助，还将终选评审于中国国际高新技术成果交易会（深圳高交会）内进行，也表扬了一个金融科技项目，得到投资者的青睐，可见奖项已经渐具规模，认受性提高不少。其中心思想是中小企业若要茁壮成长，就需要好像大湾区这样一个摇篮，经过一段时间的磨练，聚集一定的能量，中小企业就可以经由香港这个跳板，向一带一路出发了! 最近，我们还将眼光放到东盟十国以至涵盖其他与香港签署自贸协定的经济体，包括新西兰、欧洲自由贸易联盟四国：智利、澳门、格鲁吉亚和澳洲。希望大家群策群力，来实现「大湾区内同步走、一带一路向前行、从东盟去到欧盟」的宏愿。 祝 商机满溢及生意兴隆！ 屈国良 中小企国际联盟主席 Marching in Greater Bay Area to move on Belt & Road, from ASEAN to European Union. In recent years, the government has been pushing the development of Smart City. Everyone starts to pay more attention to Innovation & Technology. Especially for SME, innovation is of great urgency. At the beginning of 2017, SME Global Alliance and the Shen Zhen Futian government coincidently agreed to organize a HK SZ SME Innovation Award. We had broken the cultural barrier and praised the more innovative SME within the two regions. Apart from the overwhelming appreciation from the industries, we also got the sponsorship from the New World Development Group. We were also honoured to have heavy weight award presenters, including the SZ vice minister of United Front Work Dept. Ms. Cai Li, and the HK Legco Member Mr. Michael Tien. Supporting organizations included the SZ General Chamber of Commerce, Zijing Houde Business School, SZ Big Data Industry Association, and so on. HK Trade Development Council and ComNews.cn of BJ Ministry of Commerce were the key promoters. In 2018, we persevered and continued to extend our influence in Shenzhen. With the continuous support of the Futian government, sponsorship from the Centaline Property Agency & Dah Sing Bank, together with the assistance of more supporting organizations and the implementation agent HK Productivity Council, we had successfully conducted the assessment in the China High-Tech Fair, and brought the competition to a higher level. The theme was still “HK SZ go hand in hand to build the future. Marching in Greater Bay Area (GBA) to move on Belt & Road". Through this contest, we encouraged the participants from both HK & SZ to innovate together with each other, in order to increase the chance of success. The idea is to use the GBA as a cradle for SME to grow and to gather enough energy before moving on to the Belt & Road via HK. Recently, we have extended our vision to the 10 ASEAN countries and other economies with which Hong Kong has signed Free Trade Agreement, including New Zealand, and the four member states of the European Free Trade Association, Chile, Macao, Georgia and Australia. Hopefully, with a joint effort, we can fulfil the ambitious plan of “Marching in Greater Bay Area to move on Belt & Road, from ASEAN to European Union". We share the same entrepreneurial visions and interests. We continuously nurture and network with other communities to proactively develop business opportunities and social responsibilities.
